The vibrant spirit of Pongal came alive at Zenith as residents gathered to celebrate the harvest festival with immense joy, color, and cultural pride. The entire community was filled with festive cheer, traditional attire, and the aroma of freshly prepared sakkarai pongal.
The celebrations were gracefully anchored by Pritheev and Aparna, who kept the audience engaged with their lively presence, humor, and seamless coordination. Their energy truly set the tone for the day, ensuring every event flowed beautifully and every participant felt encouraged.
One of the major highlights of the celebration was the Rangoli Competition, creatively conducted in the parking spaces of Phase 2. What a wonderful transformation it was! The otherwise regular parking area turned into a stunning canvas of colors, culture, and creativity. Residents of all age groups showcased their artistic talents, filling the space with intricate designs and festive motifs. Kids performed traditional dances which was a sight to watch.

Adding a melodious charm to the event, Amirtha Prasanna delighted everyone with an on-the-spot singing performance alongside Pritheev. Their spontaneous musical collaboration created a magical moment, drawing applause and appreciation from the audience.
The recreation of the iconic song “Maathaadu Maathaadu Mallige” truly took the celebration to another level. The performance was energetic, nostalgic, captivating everyone present. It was undoubtedly the highlight of the day and left the audience mesmerized.
Keeping the traditions alive, a few dedicated volunteers prepared Sakkarai Pongal in authentic earthen pots. The sight of pongal boiling over symbolized prosperity and abundance. The delicious sweet pongal was lovingly distributed to everyone, adding warmth and sweetness to the celebration.
